Got this error message after scanning, any tips?

note: bandwidth for webhosting is 0 atm could that be a possiblity?

Hello , I probably miss something about how it works…
I tried my first back up and realized got split up in 11 folders. No problem for plugins and themes, but the uploads folder (quite big) got split in 7 folders and each contains more or less the same folders. I have no idea how to put them together locally, to have a complete one backup, without spending probably half an hour or more to merge the content of each month folder for each year, etc… Is there something that I missed to do?? thank you in advance for help.

Not able to see the changes. Probably because of the Exponent theme? Not sure.

People can’t pay, because of:

“Missmatch between the Payson and WooCommerce order total.”

There doesn’t seem to be any way to troubleshoot or fix this on my own, so the error is pretty urgent!

(also, but way less urgent, “Mismatch” is spelled wrong in the error message.)

Hi all, been running my wordpress site with no issues for a while now. Today I installed the mobile app on my phone so I can post on the go, and without having to get my laptop out at home. However, whenever I use the app in order to post or edit a post, my routers IP address becomes blocked by my web hosts and I’m not able to long in even in my laptop. This lasts about 15 mins, but kicks in again if I try to use the app.

Any thoughts please?

I have a wordpress+woocommerce website with average 300 visitors per day. I am facing an issue for some time that my site is using 100% of the CPU usage. It only happens when I am logged in the admin section doing basic things like creating new products, processing orders or even when I am updating plugins. For few seconds or more, the CPU usage peaks to 100% of limit provided by hosting company.

I talked to hosting company about it but they weren’t helpful. All i get from them are threatening messages that they will suspend my account.

I tried literally everything. I have tried disabling plugins, changed back to default theme. I have also installed plugin to control Heartbeat API but nothing seems to be working. Could somebody please help.

Hello,

After updating to WordPress 5.3 the backend title has issues.

The part on the title field where it says “Add title” does not go away after you add title. This is only showing up on the backend, not front end.

I want to sell in woocommerce a membership that grants you access to a page/post
The customer should be able to buy more than 1 product and gain access to thouse pages/post.

—Example:
There are 2 products, one that gives you access to a page called “Kitty photos” and the other one grants you access to a page called “Puppy photos”.
The client buys the access to “Kitty photos”, later, the customer wants to buy “Puppy photos” and access to it’s content.

The second tab seems to squeeze the contents regardless of what I put in there. Using “inspect” doesn’t show any margins or padding.

The only thing i liked about ReferralCandy is the support provided via live chat. All other companies reply after days or hours. I think of it this way, if i get in some issues, then there is support right there for me waiting a minute away. That’s amazing especially if you are running a 6 or 7 figure store, you can’t afford to wait hours or days. Support was very friendly too. The only reason i am using ReferralCandy is because of the support. And kudos to both Karen & Lorraine in their team! They are fantastic!!

I’m having an issue with being able to switch between Visual and Text tabs in Posts and Pages for our site. The link sent is actually a staging version of the live one so I could test out the normal fixes to narrow down the issue after going to my hosting provider and asking for assistance (they also provide general troubleshooting services for us if we need it).

Here is a list of the things we tried to narrow it down to All in One SEO:

– We rolled back our WordPress version to the previous one. This did not fix the issue.
– We reinstalled fresh copies of wp-config files. This did not fix the issue.
– We rolled back the site’s backup to two days before – this fixed the issue but seeing as there were still updates to be done, this didn’t solve the problem.
– We disabled the theme and put on a default theme. This did not fix the issue.
– We disabled all plugins. This fixed the issue.
– We enabled all plugins one by one. All in One SEO was the plugin that we activated and then the issue started again.
– We rolled back All in One SEO to the version prior to its current version. This fixed the issue.

Obviously we don’t want to keep the plugin to the out of date version, especially since we use ManageWP which automatically updates our plugins every week. I’ve also had this on multiple sites, so I know it’s not JUST this one (I can provide a staging URL for another site we came across this morning that had the same problem).

I did check other forum posts and saw this one (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/last-update-made-visual-editor-error/) and followed instructions there, including the troubleshooting link that was provided by @arnaudbroes. The issue definitely seems to be stemming from All in One SEO at this point.

Hi,

I am currently running WordPress 5.3 and version 2.2.10 of the WP ADA Compliance Checker Basic. On my blog I am able to create a post and save it. However I am unable to make any changes to the post or edit it after.

I deactivated the WP ADA Compliance Checker Basic plugin and was able to save and edit a blog post as normal. I then deleted it and re-installed it and experienced the same issues as before.

Any help debugging the inability to edit, save or preview posts due to the plugin would be great. This issue started on 11/12/19.

I’d make a slide, try to save it, and get blocked by Shield (my site protection plugin). Why Shield would block saving a slide, I don’t know – but it is not cool. I did want to use it though.
