Event planner trampoline centre

Hi there, I’m looking for a plug-in to plan trampoline events for a new to built Indoor Trampoline Park. They plan to have 80 trampolines and they want to rent it in slots for 1 hour during the day. Downtime for changing is for the jumpers. Opening hours and costs needs to be adjustable per day so also the numbers of events during the day. It would be very useful if you don’t need to insert every slot for each day because that’s a little bit of a hassle.

Secondly they want to have dynamic pricing. They are thinking about planning one month ahead and the closer to the moment and how higher the demand the prices go up. It would be nice to see the load/availability.
With regards to the dynamic pricing, my client thinks of something like:
– 3 weeks ahead or earlier or empty is X (X=default rate which have to be adjustable)
– 3 weeks ahead or earlier and from 50% occupancy is X + 1 (the number are in euro’s and needs to be adjustable. Also the time period needs to be adjustable)
– 3 weeks ahead or earlier and from 80% occupancy is X + 2
– less than 3 weeks but longer than 1 week and blank is X + 0.5
– less than 3 weeks but longer than 1 week and starting from 50% occupancy is X + 1.5
– less than 3 weeks but longer than 1 week and from 80% occupancy is X + 2.5
– less than 1 week and empty is X + 1.5
– less than 1 week and 50% occupancy is X + 2
– less than 1 weeks and 80% occupancy is X + 3
