Content below header doesn’t load – White Page

Hi, when I activate EWWW image optimizer it works fine to optimize the images, but it breaks my site. The header loads, but everything after that doesn’t. Not even the menu in the header loads. The content is just a blank or white page.

I deactivated each plugin to see if there were any that are interacting with it and upon activating Contact Form 7 the site breaks.

How do I fix this?
