“Link Text” Field Box Disappeared

Hello,

When editing a post in visual mode I add links to posts with this process:
– Highlight the text I want to make a link
– Click Edit/Insert Link
– Click the “Link Options” settings wheel
– The Insert/Edit modular pop up appears

Typically, there’s 2 field boxes at the top.. 1) URL and 2) Link Text and a checkbox to “Open link in a new tab”.

Recently, the “Link Text” field box has disappeared. How do I fix this?
