I was ready to use another transfer plugin until I got half way through and noticed that they had an upload limit, unless you’re willing to pay. Looked for alternatives and WP Clone was the closest I could find. On the first run, I couldn’t see the theme or plugins, but I saw that they were there in CPanel. So I did some digging and someone suggested moving the backup to the target site and then restoring from there- this worked perfectly. No issues after that, it was quick and a mirror copy. Thank you very much!
