Upgrade to 2.0.1 with WC 2.6

Hi,
I use woocommerce 2.6 because my wordpress theme can not use Woocommerce 3.0 yet. Do you recommend upgrading “WC Pay for payment” to 2.0.1 now or is it better to wait to have installed woocommerce 3.0 to be able to upgrade “WC Pay for Payment” without problems?
