How can I adjust text on event submission form

Hi there,

great plugin!
I’m wondering if there is way to adjust the text that is on the event submission form?
currently under the field to put the name of the event in there is the text

‘The event name. Example: Birthday party’

this isn’t appropriate for my business case, so I’d like to change it to something else, but I can’t find where this is stored?
