Jetpack Publicize Does Not Work

Hi, I have a site fully connected to Jetpack, I have uninstalled the plugin, re-installed, re-installed wordpress, and re-connected. Still neither works. Subscriptions aren’t sending out via email either. Please can you shed some light.
