PHP 7 compatibility issue

Hello,

I ran the PHP 7.0 compatibility plugin against Ninja Forms Version 3.0.8 and had the following error.

Could you please tell me if this is a false negative? if not, could you please please fixed the issue so I can continue to use the plugin?
