Same unrelated image, over and over

Thanks for the plugin. It is magical.

However, recently I keep getting the same stupid, unrelated image, over and over:

(My site has nothing whatsoever to do with fantasy football or auto draft, whatever that is.)

Is there a way to block specific images? Right now, the plugin works but it grabs that same image 9/10 times, which I then have to replace manually.

Any ideas how to avoid this?
