I just became aware today that there is an error when attempting to view a ticket — using link in the confirmation email or through the order.
This is the error shown:
“An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket
None of the tickets for this order could be found.”
I am not certain when the issue started. The site is live and there are about 60 tickets sold. It is less than 3 weeks before the event that I am working towards.
It is also not possible to view the attendee report; the form does not populate with the event.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. I could create a login for you if it helps to move the issue along.
