Update php version notice

I updated the php version to support the Constant Contact form in my wordrpess site but the notification won’t go away which tells me that the Constant Contact form is not updated to reflect it.

Now that Constant Contact is not managing these updates everything is very slow. If this doesn’t change I will delete it and leave Constant Contact altogether. That will be on you Michael Beckwith.
