How disable “[Custom Post Type Permalinks] Please check your permalink settings!

Hi folks,

I have customised theme and this theme use custom permalinks structure

/%category%/%postname%/

In Dashboard still appear this notification:

but no cross mark for disable it

How can I disable this message ?
