Adding Posts to a Page that is not the Front Page

Hello,

Super new to wordpress coding. I would like to know if i can add a blog page on my website that will include all my posts with the most recent first?

The ‘Blog’ page is part of the drop down under the ‘About’ tab on the menu bar. i want to be able to add posts but for them to only be accessible through the Blog page on my drop down.

I do not want my recent posts to go on my front page.
