Page is still scrolling even though I’ve disabled it

So on my website I originally installed the free version of accordian and decided that I’d buy the full version. Now on the full version I’ve disabled the scrolling option and there’s only one accordion pro shortcode on the page and I’ve set the setting to not scroll and updated it but it still scrolls every time I click a FAQ.
