Install WP on IIS – problem with php-cgi.exe

I am running a windows 10 64 bit system. I have tried different versions of php to try and resolve the error i am getting in my browser. HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error
<handler> scriptProcessor could not be found in <fastCGI> application configuration

I have added the FastCGI handler in IIS (version 10). I am not sure what the issue is. Does WordPress work on windows 10 64 bit systems?

I have already read the other article in this forum, but still can’t i still can’t get past this issue.
