Home page is not full width and has whitespace on left and right of content

Hi,
I am working on 512webbuilder.com and using the pique theme.
Even though my pages are using the full-width template, they show up centered with whitespace on left and right side of the content. I have read the theme documentation and believe that I am following all the instructions. But I could be wrong.
Can I get some help with fixing this issue?
