Customer recently placed an order using Paypal.
Customer asked status of order, I did not receive any order request.
Customer order showed Cancelled in “Orders.”
But Paypal transaction completed.
In researching this topic, I did the following:
1) Uncheck “Enable Stock Management”
2) Blanked Out – “Hold Stock”
Customer claimed they did not cancel order.
Would the above settings help to rectify this problem?
Please advise.
