Remove “About” title from top of page

I would simply like to remove the “About” title that appears at the top of my About page, however, it is linked from my main menu so making changes to it through my post editor is affecting what shows up in my main menu. Is there a way to maintain the “About” link in the menu, while hiding it from also appearing at the top of the page?
