Remove submit button once submitted

Hello! I’ve managed to integrate a hook which recognises once the logged in user has submitted a form then they can’t submit again using this method: https://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=904

I was hoping to then be able to remove the submit button after they’ve pressed it (or change the wording from submit to submitted etc) but this would remain whenever they’re logged into the site (by using data from CFDB in the same way it knows they have submitted)

I hope I’m making sense! I’ve spoken to CFDB team and they said it would be a question for you guys?
