Request to Re-position Enquiry Button

Hi

I am happy with the plugin but need your advice to modify few setting as per below

1) Currently” send an enquiry” button located at the very bottom part of product page and it is not visible to my customer. How to change to the top position ( just below product name)

2) How to do custom made button design. I want it look bigger

3) I expect product attribute ( order quantity ) and global addon button ( logo silkscreen printing ) to disappear once catalog mode on. Please guide to how make this happen.
