Problems occur after creating new user

Hello,

I ran into a problem after creating a new user and set it as a “Shop Manager” role. What happened was after creating a new user and set as a “Shop Manager”, the other 2 users (that were created previously) could not be accessed and the Home Page of my website completely changed. At first, I didn’t know what was happening, then I went into my database and back the file up, then from then I could log into the 2 previous accounts again. I then tried creating a new user and set as “Editor”, minutes later, it fell back to the same problem.

Does anyone know if the problem has to do with creating a new user?
P.S I have 3 users, what is the limit for creating users?
