Hi! Looking for suggestions for plugins suitable for managing a National Concert Band Association with 150 member bands.
We need to register new individual members in one of ten different grades and register bands in one of five different grades. Individuals and bands are reassessed periodically and regraded up or down as the need arises. We also need to manage entry fees, annual membership fees that fall due June 30 each year and generate invoices for that purpose. These movements between grades need to be recorded as individually reportable events.
The bands compete against each other and we need to track, record and report on results history from contests in which between 20 and 40 bands might compete against each other in graded levels.
I have looked at about 6 member management systems but have found what appear to be ‘architectural’ incompatibilities…but I could easily be wrong about that!
Almost certainly we will need some custom developmnent work but there may be existng products out there that might provide a good ‘jumping off’ point.
Is there anybody who would care to suggest a useful lead for my enquiries?
