Fixing padding on logo

Hi everyone,

I would like to fix the padding (I think that is what I need to fix?) so the header logo (grape with NorCal Wine Report) so the logo is inline with the advertisement bar. For some reason, it’s higher than the advertising bar:

I fiddled with the padding but failed miserably to fix it and uploading different sizes of the logo doesn’t matter. I’m using the Lazanews theme.
