Content no longer appearing in page after activating blog

My issue is since i attempted to activate my blog none of the content seems to appear in any of my pages except for the front page, but that is an exception as I have that content manually entered through the header.php page.

It seems like the blog post which I posted is in the source code of every page now but no content is appearing. If you go to view the source code and type in ‘spring cleaning can be fun’ it appears in every page, however, it was meant to only appear in the ‘Blog’ page, and for some reason no content is appearing on any page?

Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong?
